In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your Photo-Stamp, you may return it to us in its original condition within 14 working days and we will provide a full refund.

If the reason for the return is the result of our error, or if the item was damaged before it reached you, we will also refund the postage costs.

To make a return please send back the item securely wrapped, along with your packing slip and a letter stating the reason for the return.

We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
